Stephen has held global and regional senior executive and management positions in technology, telecommunications and consulting giants. He is skilful leader, well seasoned at championing organisational change, transformation planning, program design and delivery. Stephen brings a creative outlook and a level and depth of experience in translating ideas into reality. that is now available to you as our client. His portfolio management exposure can also be leveraged to create robust services, products matrices and solution strategies,
His successes in organisation, cultural change, team management and business development, have been anchored around “The human factor, the approach to meeting each other” as he describes it. He strongly believes above all else “Human beings do business” and transact “ and it this premise, that fuels his ongoing research into Human Behavioural Sciences. To interact and meet people better.
He has direct experience bringing products, transformational experiences and education offerings to market and potentially stood in your shoes in his own entrepreneurial ventures , acting as a practitioner, running clinic, retreats and events. In the past 13 years his work has touched more than an estimated 10,000 clients.
During his own 30 year leadership and personal transformation journey, he has learnt and synthesised wisdoms and utilised his training and passion for esoteric science, mysticism, Sound/Frequency medicine , Bioenergetics/Biofield and Information medicine to develop, protocols and methods. He has used his methods approaches to support and develop, personal and leadership, performance, emotional acuity and agility approaches.
